# Terms of Use

These terms govern access to Ordless, its subscription, and its features. They explain the limits of blocking, the purely indicative nature of savings, and the status of third-party brands.

Version dated August 6, 2026 — effective August 6, 2026

## Key points

- Ordless helps interrupt impulsive orders but does not guarantee permanent blocking or any particular savings.
- Amounts and the “savings pot” shown are visual estimates: no real money is held, transferred, invested, or withdrawable through Ordless.
- Food-delivery app names and logos belong to their owners. Their appearance only identifies an app and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
- Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple under the terms displayed before purchase.

## 1\. Publisher and contact

The Ordless Service is published by:

Gautier Colasse — sole proprietor
French business number (SIRET): 831 668 207 00069
229 rue Solférino, 59000 Lille, France
[contactappsgc@gmail.com](mailto:contactappsgc@gmail.com)
[https://ordless.app](https://ordless.app)

In these Terms, “Ordless,” “we,” or “Publisher” means Gautier Colasse. “You” means the user of the Service.

## 2\. Scope, contract documents, and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the website, mobile app, and related features (together, the “Service”). The [Privacy Policy](/privacy) describes data processing.

The license for an app downloaded from the App Store is also subject to Apple’s [Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), unless Apple displays a custom license at download. If terms conflict, mandatory law and the terms governing an App Store purchase control within their respective scope.

By installing, purchasing, or using the Service after having the opportunity to review these documents, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

## 3\. Capacity and minors

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. A minor may use the Service or purchase a subscription only with a parent or guardian’s authorization and supervision where applicable law requires it. The parent or guardian should supervise use and purchases.

Ordless is not specifically directed to children and must not be used to control another person secretly. You may protect only devices and apps for which you are authorized to configure Screen Time.

## 4\. Service description

Ordless may let you:

-   select apps using Apple Screen Time APIs and apply on-device protection;
-   display a reflection checkpoint before a protected app opens;
-   use a limited number of temporary unlocks, sometimes called “tickets” or “Jokers” in the interface;
- enter or confirm amounts, events, reasons, and goals to visualize estimated progress; and
- view locally calculated history and statistics.

Features may vary by country, device, iOS version, permissions, app version, and purchased offer. No feature not expressly described in the app when used is guaranteed.

## 5\. License

Subject to these Terms and the Apple license, the Publisher grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to use Ordless on devices you own or control as permitted by App Store Usage Rules. Use through Apple Family Sharing remains subject to Apple’s rules and the relevant offer.

No ownership interest in the app, code, brand, or content is transferred to you. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

## 6\. Subscriptions, trials, and purchases

Access to some or all of the Service may require an auto-renewable subscription. Before confirmation, the paywall and Apple purchase sheet identify the offer, term, total price, billing period, and any free trial and its conditions. Only the information displayed when you purchase determines your offer.

- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
- Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically for the stated period at the then-applicable price under the terms Apple communicates.
- A free trial, if offered, becomes paid when it ends unless canceled within the stated time before the trial ends. An unused trial portion may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- Manage or cancel in [Apple subscription settings](https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). Deleting Ordless does not cancel the subscription.
- “Restore Purchases” checks for an existing entitlement associated with the same Apple Account.

Apple manages billing, platform-collected taxes, renewals, and refunds. Submit refund requests to Apple at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/). Mandatory rights, including digital-content or digital-service conformity rights and any applicable withdrawal right, remain unaffected.

## 7\. No real money, financial account, or winnings

**Ordless is not a bank, wallet, payment, savings, investment, or money transfer service.** Amounts are entered, calculated, or confirmed by you for motivational visualization. They do not prove that an equivalent amount remains in your bank account.

The “savings pot,” savings, progress, tickets, and Jokers are purely digital interface elements. They are not currency, electronic money, assets, deposits, claims, credit, or property with monetary value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, redeemed, or withdrawn for money, goods, or services.

Ordless runs no real-money game, wager, lottery, sweepstakes, contest, or prize program. You alone remain responsible for any real spending, saving, or investment decision made outside the Service.

## 8\. No medical, nutritional, or financial advice

Ordless is a general organization and reflection tool. It provides no diagnosis, treatment, or medical, psychological, nutritional, dietary, financial, banking, tax, or investment advice and never replaces a qualified professional.

If eating behavior, spending, or impulses cause distress, loss of control, or a health or safety risk, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services. Do not use Ordless to delay necessary care, food, or an urgent decision.

## 9\. Screen Time and technical limitations

Blocking depends on Family Controls, Managed Settings, Device Activity, iOS extensions, permissions, and settings outside the Publisher’s control. It may stop, be bypassed, or behave differently after an update, permission withdrawal, account or settings change, reinstallation, Apple outage, software error, or system-authorized action.

Ordless therefore does not guarantee that an app will always remain blocked, that a notification or extension will run at a specific time, or that the Service will prevent every order. You must verify protection status and maintain suitable ways to access essential and emergency services.

## 10\. Data and backup

Ordless currently provides no user account, cloud sync, or remote backup of goals, events, and preferences. Removing the app, device failure, restoration, or changing devices may irreversibly remove local data. Do not treat Ordless history as a financial record or accounting evidence.

Data processing is described in the [Privacy Policy](/privacy).

## 11\. Third-party names, trademarks, and logos — no affiliation

Ordless may display names, icons, or logos of food-delivery apps and services, including Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, DoorDash, Grubhub, Glovo, Postmates, or Skip. Those marks belong to their respective owners and are used solely to let a user identify an app they choose to protect or to explain Service compatibility.

**Ordless is an independent service. Gautier Colasse and Ordless are not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by those companies.** Displaying a name or logo does not mean a company participates in the Service, authorizes a recommendation, shares data with Ordless, or guarantees it will work.

Ordless does not connect to your account with those services, place or cancel orders for you, or receive commissions from them. Every unattributed mark remains its owner’s property. A legitimate trademark request may be sent to the Publisher for review.

## 12\. Acceptable use

You agree to:

-   use the Service lawfully, in good faith, and personally;
-   not secretly restrict a device you are not authorized to administer;
-   not bypass access controls, disrupt the Service, introduce malicious code, or overload infrastructure;
- not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, disassemble, or attempt to extract code except where mandatory law or an open-source license expressly permits it; and
- not use Ordless to violate another person’s rights, privacy, or security.

Automated, commercial, or repurposed use requires the Publisher’s prior written consent.

## 13\. Intellectual property

Subject to the third-party rights above, Ordless, its name, brand, code, structure, copy, graphics, animations, databases, and interface elements are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Information you enter remains yours. Where it stays on-device, no license is granted to the Publisher. If you voluntarily send content to support, you authorize its use only as needed to handle your request and improve or defend the Service.

## 14\. Third-party services and Apple

The Service depends on providers including Apple and Superwall. You must comply with applicable third-party terms. To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not responsible for their services, decisions, interruptions, or changes.

These Terms are between you and Gautier Colasse, not Apple. Gautier Colasse, not Apple, is responsible for Ordless, its content, maintenance, support, and app-related claims, subject to Apple’s own responsibilities as App Store operator. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Ordless.

If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and request any applicable refund under Apple’s procedures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation concerning Ordless. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the license provisions and may enforce them after your acceptance.

## 15\. Availability, updates, and changes

The Publisher may fix, update, add, remove, or modify a feature for security, compliance, technical, or product reasons. An update may be required to keep using the Service. Essential features of a current subscription will not be materially reduced without a legitimate reason and respect for mandatory consumer rights.

Maintenance, outage, force majeure, or a third-party platform change may temporarily make the Service unavailable. No uninterrupted availability level is promised.

## 16\. Statutory warranties and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory warranties, digital-content or digital-service conformity rights, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, personal injury, or defective products.

Subject to those protections, Ordless is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Publisher does not promise that the Service will be error-free, prevent every order, permanently change behavior, produce real savings, or achieve a goal. Projections depend on the information you provide and mathematical assumptions that may not reflect actual spending.

The Publisher is responsible only for direct, foreseeable, proven harm caused by a breach attributable to it. The Publisher is not responsible for your decision to order, a third-party purchase, unrealized savings, local data loss, blocking circumvention, or a failure of Apple, Superwall, a network, or a device reasonably outside its control. This limitation never removes a mandatory consumer remedy.

## 17\. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using and remove Ordless at any time. You must separately cancel any subscription through your Apple Account. Removing the app does not automatically create a refund.

The Publisher may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, or legal duty, after notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where appropriate. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

## 18\. Territorial compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and are not listed on a US Government prohibited or restricted-party list, to the extent this representation lawfully applies.

You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use. The Publisher may restrict availability in a territory where law, an Apple decision, or a technical constraint requires it.

## 19\. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may change to reflect changes to the Service, law, or providers. A material change will be brought to your attention by an appropriate method and take effect on the stated date. It will not retroactively reduce accrued rights. If you reject the new version, you may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

## 20\. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protection in the country where you habitually reside. Courts are determined by mandatory jurisdiction rules; nothing requires a consumer to bring a claim only in a court remote from their home where the law protects them.

Before filing a claim, email [contactappsgc@gmail.com](mailto:contactappsgc@gmail.com) to seek an amicable solution. A consumer may, after an unresolved prior written complaint, use the applicable consumer-mediation procedure free of charge. The Publisher provides the appointed mediator’s current details on request and on the applicable contractual medium. App Store billing disputes may also be submitted through Apple’s support and refund procedures.

## 21\. General terms

If a provision is invalid, the others remain effective and the invalid provision is interpreted as closely as lawfully possible to its purpose. Failure to enforce a right immediately is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without written consent; the Publisher may transfer it with the Service provided your rights are not reduced.

The French version is the reference version. Translations are provided for convenience and do not remove mandatory rights connected with the language of a consumer’s contract.
