1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Ordless, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Ordless does

Ordless helps you reduce impulsive food delivery orders. The app can apply Screen Time protection to apps you select, present a reflection checkpoint, and estimate savings associated with orders you avoid.

3. Service limitations

Ordless depends on Apple’s Screen Time permissions and technology. Restrictions may be interrupted by system settings, updates, technical availability, or revoked permissions.

Amounts shown are estimates based on information you provide. They are not bank records, guaranteed savings, or financial, medical, or nutritional advice.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require an auto-renewable subscription. The price, duration, any trial, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase and confirmed by Apple.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Ordless lawfully and not to bypass its security, damage the service, extract its code, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

6. Third-party services and trademarks

Ordless relies on services including Apple and Superwall. Any food delivery apps and brands mentioned remain the property of their respective owners. Ordless is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Intellectual property

Ordless, its interface, copy, visuals, and code are protected by applicable laws. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable right to use the app under these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ordless is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will prevent every order or produce a particular amount of savings. Mandatory consumer rights available to you remain unaffected.

9. Changes and contact

We may change the app and these terms. The revision date will be updated when material changes are made. Mandatory law in your place of residence continues to apply.
